• Wakefield secure unit for HM prison services
• Hazlewood Castle near Tadcaster 1086 Restaurant Grade 1 listed.
• Garrow House The Retreat Heslington, York Grade 11 listed.
• Merchant Adventurers in York Building Contractor for various projects with Frances Johnson & Partners, Historic Architectural specialists.
• F.M.B. National category winner 2006 for extension up to 300K for project at Askham Bryan .Grade 11 listed building.
• F.M.B. Regional Winner Yorkshire & Trent Area for best New House at Sandhill Farm, Brayton, Selby.
• Posterngate surgery: contract to build and later extend.
• Various white rose and Civic Shield Awards around Selby, Posterngate Surgery.
• Civic shield award – Escrick Estate Office (see photo below).

We performed a sensitive refurbishment and pharmacy extension to the surgery with a restricted access over the existing carpark. We also completed the internal fit out.
